I'm just getting into it. So far Godaddy auctions looks good for selling. Should I use an escrow account as the seller? I've been researching this.

Yup. Gene is an amazing guy and I would consider him an expert in flipping.
One of the nicest people I was ever acquainted with. Looks like his site is not active but if you can track him down he might just be the person who can truly help.
Here's a youtube video and His channel is under his name of course

Yeah, escrow is highly recommended unless you have a specific reason to trust the other party.

Scamming people is too easy without escrow protection.

If you want to make money from flipping sites, you use escrow services. If you do not, there's no need for escrow service.

I list my domains at Sedo, Dan, and Afternic. I'm currently using Dan's sales landers.

Yes definitely use escrow! It offers great protection and hassle free transfers. There are too many scammers out there to trust any random person on the internet.
