Problems registering an Etsy store

I want to register a shop on Etsy, but I have some rather unusual questions that Etsy support couldn't answer, hope you can help.

Here are the questions
1. If I register a store in Hungary (European country) and I want to specify the bank account country from Lithuania (Another EU country), is it allowed for the country of registration and the country of the bank to be different?
2. If I register a store in Hungary (European country), and I want to specify the country of the bank account from the USA, this is allowed,
3. Is it possible to specify an online bank account during registration and accept money there?
Examples of online banks for clarity:

Revolut
Skpay
payoneer
AdvCash
OkPay
MoneyPolo
ePayments

4. Also, as far as I know, if the country of the bank and the registration of the store are different, then Etsy, after a certain income of the store, may ask me to make a document with taxes, where I need to notify Hungary that I have a store on Etsy. Did I understand everything correctly?
If so, after what amount does Etsy usually ask for this document?


I will be very grateful to any person who will answer at least one of these questions, since I do not want to register a store worrying about blocking it.

    You can't expect any member here to give you a more accurate answer than you'd get from Etsy. In any case, the unofficial advice you might receive wouldn't protect you from having your account suspended or cancelled.
