How do you handle sales that come from around the world when you moneterise using Amazon Associates?
The problem I see is that each Amazon Associate account is held in a given country, so if someone buys via your link in Australia and your Amazon Affiliate account is in USA, you will not be paid a commission.
How do you overcome this hurdle when your traffic comes from many different countries?
