No such thing as free traffic. There is always a price for what you do. My guess is you are asking about traffic you don't have to pay money for. Content creation which you are paying with your time, can be an excellent way to earn traffic. Think Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest.

Personally I would pick one and get very good at it. I also think it is important to pick a niche or target group. You might pick pre retirement men or women that have not saved enough for retirement. The better you can define your target audience, the better you will grow your list. Very important to be consistent with this on a daily basis.
