Quick question on ranking

Sorry for this stupid question but I have 4 links in the top 8 in google and a few in the 30's and 500's how can i move up in ranking and get out of the 30's.

It is the same exact name as the product but the word bonus added to it and another with review added to the end of it.

Will not let me post example links here lol

Do I just start using these worlds more in my post and or do i create more back links to these pages? I been making back
links for a few weeks now and I show about 8 now out of thousands. I guess it is taking awhile to show up.

    You need to continue to add valuable content to the site and create backlinks with the anchor text you are looking to rank for. Have patience and create a valuable site and you will be rewarded. Don't stuff the posts with the word your trying to rank for either. I recently cleaned up a page that was about 500 words and contained my main keyword about 15 times. When I was done the main keyword was only posted about 5 times and the next time it was indexed I jumped from # 9 page 1 to # 3. It has been there for about a month now.

    I also rank # 6 for a keyword with "63,600" and 5,390,000 competition and the keyword isn't even on the page. It is simply from a few quality backlinks. My first and most important thing is to capture the visitors that come to my site. I would rather generate 20 visitors with a 30% conversion rate then 100 visitors and a 3%. Make the content only valuable to the search engines and you'll end up with the second scenario.
