You are correct. There are so many platforms and systems out there that offer the same. I personally use Builderall. You can search for them on the Internet. I find their website builder very easy to follow. They also have other tools integrated into the platform with so many built-in templates to get you started.

by setting up your own hosting somewhere and getting
a basic webpage template you can use as a lander or
squeeze page.

If you subscribe to an autoresponder you may be able
to get a template from the autoresponder company.

It would be beneficial if you learn to set up a webpage,
it's not that complicated. You just need to know some
basics and you can get code from various template
pages, a web developer, or even from ChatGPT that
can also write your copy.

You do not need to know how to code in order to set
up a web site, you just need to know what to do, and
ChatGPT can give instructions for all of that.

This way you can format your webpage however you
want, and do whatever as long as you observe the
terms of the affiliate products you are promoting.

You should make yourself as self-sufficient as possible
so that you are not relying on other people for this and
that or paying monthly fees for things that you can do
yourself for free.

Having clean and well functioning websites also makes
getting the approval of affiliate managers much easier.

This is very easy to find. There are many landing page tools out there, that let you build a basic one by yourself. What you actually need to focus on, is conversion rate optimisation, as they come with good analytics features built in. I would recommend Zoho, Unbounce, or Click Funnels.
