I Need advice running Google Ads for plumbing services

Hey guys, I am just finished creating a new site for plumbing services and aside from doing the SEO, I am thinking to try a $100 campaign for google ads right now.

I don't have much experience with google Ads so first looking for a good PPC Ads training course. any recommendations please?

You have a few options now when it comes to running paid advertising. You could go down the usual route of PPC whereby you are charged for each click. Doing this in todays age of automated bid strategies will rely heavily on getting the correct tracking in place and obviously making sure the site itself if designed in a way to make people convert easily. It's a good paid solution as if your site, conversion points and ads campaign are setup correctly you can get leads at a very reasonable CPA. Your other option is to try out Local Service Ads (LSA). For these you don't really need a website though you will need to supply certain information and ideally insurance evidence to make the most out of the format. The good thing about this approach is that Google will only charge you for actual leads (connected phone calls and/or message enquiries). You also get more feedback on these leads as know exactly what has been driven via LSAs and can track the quality. The downside to this can be higher CPAs though it really varies. Oh geez, thanks. only now seeing this post. Yes, I had looked into LSA's, seems a lot of service providers are doing this now, not sure if the searcher seeing 'google guaranteed' is helping to bring in calls but they are much more expensive.

I also need help with Google ads. I have tried running three campaigns on there for companies on click bank and they have all been dissaproved? They tend to site the reason as malware on the actual site I am trying to advertise. No help from google just a bunch of useless old irrelevant posts.

Anyone know of any products on google ads where their website is good and their ads go through? If people know any within the supplements, health or personal development sectors I'd be even more grateful?

At the moment I feel I just need to feel that this is a viable option and that there are affilate sites out there that actually pass googles very high posting standards.

Thanks for your help people. I just need to get off the ground!

The most effective way for a phisical business to promote, is to create a Google Maps listing, make sure to include all services and detailed information on how to reach you, then after the info gets verified, run Google ads for your Google Maps listing and you'll see the customers calling in. Good Luck!

Thanks but I am not a physical business unfortunately. I am promoting others products on click bank. Thanks for your response anyway. I'll bare it in mind.

Anyone else got any input on my question? Many thanks

Just for clarity on this, since one cannot create a GMB for any online [digital] business, will it be allowed to create a google maps listing for it instead?

As far as running ads to affiliate sites... Google will (*As I learned firsthand) suspend your account for life "if" you attempt to link directly to an affiliate offer.

Most recommend building a 'bridge page, butter page, or squeeze page' that you host yourself...before linking out to an affiliate offer, sales page, or VSL.

Google suspended my account, and all I was doing was trying to figure out how to stage my ad and message... and, I added an affiliate website link which is against their TOS agreement.

Best best...NEVER link directly to an affiliate offer...drive traffic to your own page(s) and then redirect that traffic to the affiliate offer.

Not many ppc platforms (*if any) support direct linking from ad to affiliate offers.

Here's a guide on Google Ads for plumbers.

    https://www.vazooky.com.au/services/...-for-plumbers/

It was created by a PPC Marketing Agency so they're trying to get you to order PPC account management services from them, but you can just ignore that part.

The info they present after their opt-in section and before their pitch at the end is solid.

There is no need to pay for ads. You just need a MAPS listing, and a few reviews for the business.

If you want your plumbing business to dominate the first page of Google search results, just create a few videos about plumbing services, and how to find out if you need a plumber .and Google will list them high in the search results.

Then a website describing the services will also get a high rank on Google.

No need at all to pay for PPC ads or any other ads.

PPC ads are for national sales, not local. And they are for online sales, not local services.

Words of wisdom, Claude. Words. Of. Wisdom!

Kills me to see how much local contracting companies waste on generic adwords campaigns blanketing a ton of high cpc kw's that they get outranked for by the big national chains everytime... like throwing $$ in the air, literally lol
