Ad position is part of the WP theme or HTML template.

The banner ads come from your affiliate network or wherever the
    products you are pushing originate.

Although you might find this format appealing, you should consider
your visitor's experience. Most people don't want to see a bunch of
ads, it is distracting and makes your site look spammy.

When you visit a website, do you want to see a bunch of ads?

You would do better to have very discreet ads, ones that are hardly
    noticeable.

You should also consider that most of your viewers are looking at
your site on a mobile device so you aren't going to have space for
    four columns.

This is just my opinion, obviously you can do whatever you want.

Thank you so much for your guidance. I will consider your suggestion and will not put so many ads on my website.

To display banner ads on both sides of your WordPress site:
Use Widgets: Go to Appearance â†' Widgets and add a "Text" or "Custom HTML" widget with your banner code to the sidebars.
Use a Plugin: Install ad management plugins like Ad Inserter or Advanced Ads for easier placement.
Edit Theme Files: Modify the sidebar or page templates in Appearance â†' Theme Editor if you want custom placement.
