All of the article sites, Go Articles, Article Dashboard, ArticlesBase, etc. And you can embed videos from YouTube, which is more "free content". There's a bunch of places, just Google it.

    Can you back that up?

I've recently been assured that dup content is only as such if you have the same content elsewhere on another page on your site/domain.

Grabbing articles and re-writing them for original content is a possibility, so long as you ensure that you're making the new work significantly different enough from the original to avoid any copyright issues. Personally, if called to, I can re-write a 500-word article in less than 10 minutes.

well if you copy an article from other article sites, they will mark your site as duplicate and google might penalize you for that

The duplicate content debate is huge with lots of people having different views on it.

However the way I look at it is this:

When you wirte an article for Ezine Articles and it is unique and new, how long does it stay new?

You will get people looking for content for their websites and blogs and using your article, however I have never lost too many listings due to this.

So I think the duplicate content issue is a bit over played.

    Just my 2 pence.

    Chris
