    I would think you'd have a good idea where to find clients before establishing a business, but hey ho...

    If you're not based in the US, networking might prove difficult. So you're left with the usual business service channels such as Upwork, Freelancer etc. You could also reach out via a LinkedIn account.

    Advertising for a start-up will be expensive and unlikely to pay for itself in the short term. If you have any existing or prior clients, try approaching them for testimonials. Your best bet for acquiring new business will probably be word-of-mouth recommendations.

    Search online for business directories, learn to scrape, and figure it out.

    I doubt that anyone is going to tell you their exact method for finding clients
    on a public forum, but maybe you'll get lucky.
