Any one ever had this scenario? The question that I started with gave me an idea for a great info product

Now I face this scenario of creating this product and launching it.
I have never created and launched a product before so I will need help and dont know who I can trust.

How would you go about sharing this idea with potential JV partners without giving away the idea ?
