You can search for material on your niche with:

keyword filetype.:pdf e.g.: garlic seafood sauces filetype.:pdf

(Just use a : and a p instead of the pink smiley face)

and you'd get the following typical results:

garlic seafood sauces filetype.:df - Google Search
