I hope you are thinking about your offshore contractors this holiday season and giving them a bit extra as a special thanks especially if you are doing well. They will appreciate it and it will be good karma and come back to you ten fold.

    I agree. I've given all my outsourcers a bit more for the holidays.

    But I gave more to my outsourcers in the U.S. and Canada. They are struggling far more this year because of the economy and the competition overseas.

        Agreed. Also try just one random local act that wont put you out too much. If in line in the drive through offer to buy the person behind you's coffee as well or something. Brighten someone's day.
