Meaining doing membership management, downgrade, upgrade, cancel, extend etc

I agree with clickbank/paydotcom able to handle recurring but they cant seems to create multi tier easily. i.e i want to have basic, premium, extra with different multiple price point and in CB/PDC i have to treat them as separate product.

So when user decide to upgrade/downgrade I hope to have a software that will help to manage this and abstract out all the complexity in proration etc.

NOT true.
Jonathan gave you the closest solution you'll find when he mentioned Rapid Action Profits. There are a lot of options, so make sure you look for the RAP Membership bundle - which includes Paypal Subscriptions and the Membership PLUS Add Ons.

There are also Add Ons for two different WordPress Membership solutions, physical delivery via Kunaki, etc.

It just depends on your needs/wants. You can study all the possible options and get everything at once, or start with just the core RAP system and add the Add Ons (much like WP plugins) as you need them.

If there were other products out there that fulfilled your posted needs, AND if they were less expensive - I would have to seriously re-evaluate my pricing.

You were ALMOST right. There isn't any OTHER software out there that does what you asked for (that I know of). That, alone, justifies the pricing.

Factor in the fact that a RAP license does not restrict the customer to use on a single domain, or that RAP comes with excellent support and enhancements - and it's a steal!

For your needs... you would want EITHER

1. the RAP Membership Plus bundle,
2. Core RAP + the RAP Press Add On + the Paypal Subscription Add On, or
3. Core RAP and MemberWing (which has a certified RAP Add On for the integration)

While there are many other Add Ons available for RAP (depending on your needs), those are your current choices for running a RAP Driven membership system.

Options 2 and 3 (above) allow you to run a WordPress-based membership system, while option 1 does not require WP (but can protect an entire WP blog).

Only option 1 currently has a bundled package to make the purchase easier to navigate, but we are always negotiating with Add On developers to see what other JV products we can arrange.

In addition, an Add On for integration with Wishlist Member has been developed and is currently in the certification process, but there is no date for availability at this time.

I know this probably didn't help much, but the options are many, and the right decision can only be made by you. I'm happy to answer any specific questions at my helpdesk, but you can also get answers from existing customers (the best option, IMHO) here in the WF or in the Rapid Action Profits forum.

Heck - get help from someone actually using RAP, and when you make a decision which way to go... ask if they have an affiliate link!

Not actually 100% true. I have a client who runs a multi-tier payout on PayPal. He pays thousands in commissions each month. hen he first contacted PayPal for their read he was told that as long as he met their "guidelines" for multi-level payouts there would be no problem.

When he pointed out that those guidelines were a bit fuzzy, he was told that they keep it fuzzy so the "good guys" can participate and the bad guys can get locked out. They also said it provided them with a way to change the rule if the government changed theirs without having to rewrite the TOS.

As I understand it, the Affiliate Plugin will allow 2 tiers.

I am currently using the eCommerce Plugin and the Affiliate Plugin on a new site.

There is good documentation (online) and a forum. The developer checks in once or twice a day and had been very responsive, in my experience.

I use and LOVE DLGuard, but for several reasons I needed a different solution for this site and this combination of plugins seems to be doing it...

I'm looking for something similar.

I want to sell physical products on a monthly auto-ship or single purchase option.

I want to be able to pay affiliates on several levels of referrals.

If anyone knows a solution for this please let me know as I can't find any.
