How Many Diggs of Your Own Content Per Day Do You Suggest?

I was just wondering under one Digg account how much of your own content do you digg per day? Say you have a site with 30 pages. You want to digg each page. How many pages per day would you suggest you digg under one account.
I should also mention that when I digg content, I always digg other content besides my own too. I feel that I should give as well as take. I usually try to do 1.5-2 diggs for every digg of my own content. In other words, if I digg two pages I generally try to digg 3-4 other pages of other people's content.
Looking forward to hearing some feedback on the maximum number of diggs you would make per day under one digg account.
