I use this one:

yea you don't need a plugin. Just use a program like filezilla and create a folder in your blog folder. So mysite.com/clickbank or something. Some people like making a folder called /suggests and putting a folder inside of that so it reads mysite.com/suggests/product

Then open a new .txt file and put in
<?php header('Location: linktoaffiliateoffer.com'); exit(); ?>

save that as index.php and upload it into the folder you made.

I also create a folder in my webhost using File Manager on cPanel or Filezilla and then create a redirect. It doesn't take longer than a minute and works great!

I use redirects made with quick page/post redirect. They work great, I can name them whatever I want, and they are easy to change if the page I am redirecting to changes addresss in some way or goes out of business and I have to find a substitute.
