We all know that despite having a all singing all dancing website it's of no use unless it has hordes of traffic hitting it every day!

But where do you get your traffic from? Especially if you do not have a lot of money to start with and therefore PPC is out of the question.

What type of traffic strategy do you employ and think is effective?

Your views would be much appreciated

    One model that has always been pretty effective and is still effective is syndicating you content. There are tons of ways to spread your content around and have it link back/drive traffic to your site. You've got articles, web 2.0 properties, free platforms, and so on. And a lot of these different places already have a solid foundation so in a sense, some work has already been done for you.

    I totally agree with johnben1444 I use these techniques myself and my favorite is article marketing, it really can bring a lot of traffic to your website.
