Making a new site....

INTERNET MARKETING

Well, I am making a new site (Purchased 11 year old domain, no meaning but good to remember and easy, but it can be used for all niches). I am thinking of adding posts on "INSURANCE" because it's the highest paying adsense keyword... so i show proof to the buyers, because I will sell it anyways, but I will optimize it really good, to sell it for about $2000 (my 1st site that will be flipped).

Any suggestions on niche or something?

How does insurance relate to matagorda.net?

Seems like a better fit would be vacations, tourism, etc.

Matagorda has no meaning at all , are you saying tourism because matagorda.com is tourism related?

I think he is suggesting tourism and travel because matagorda sounds like an exotic island or location. I could be wrong but thats the first thing that popped into my head when I saw the word.

Matagorda does have a meaning its a resort area in Texas,

Matagorda Bay area is known for fishing and tourism.

Keyword insurance does not really fall under tha sort of website name, vacation or travel seems to fit more better.

Go for it you can make money from travel niches, cruises,
The big buck adsense ads sites have a lot of competition... everyone cruises Spyfu for the big dollars... eyes light up but quickly dim when they see the serps.
