Quirky Tip for Writing

Hey Warriors!

Just a quick tip for all you writers out there - check to see if you might be in the habit of telling the reader too often what you're "about to talk about."

I just had to edit something that I swear 1/2 of each page told them what they were about the learn "in this chapter," "in this section," and "in this guide..."

There was more "you'll learn..." that there was learning! lol

Pet peeve of mine, but thought I'd share.

I'd personally much rather you get to the point than repeat what I'm about to learn each step of the way. Why? I already found out what I was going to learn on....

the sales page!

Tiff, I SO agree! This is one of my pet peeves as well. Don't tell me what I'm about to learn, just give me the 'learnin'!
