Anyone Have Problems Withdrawing Funds From Alertpay?
On February 2, 2010, I requested a bank withdraw from Alertpay for $1,800. As of today I still haven't received the money to my bank account. It's been 10 days and their website says it only take 5 business days.
I called Alertpay's office and they wouldn't give me a reason for the delay. They kept telling me their banking department was looking into the issue and to be patient. Transferring money is a simple process; I request the transfer and Alertpay is to send the funds. There's nothing to investigate in my opinion...but maybe I'm wrong.
Anyone had this type of issue with Alertpay? What can I do to be sure I get my funds? It is $1,800.
