Help warriors

ive been marketing online for 2 months now and i get a few vistors to my sites with classifids but are the other sure fire ways to get free traffic besides traffic exchanges and articles please help out with some tips please warriors also i post and ping a lot do you think i will get results also my key word phrases i use only get 100,000 monthly searches is it too much comp help my im hurting warriors

    Don't use traffic exchanges to get traffic to your site . . .use them to build your lists

    Do you know for sure how many visitors you get to your site? Is it a traffic thing or a conversion thing? Can you post your site and share some detail on what your doing? Hard to help without knowing what the issue really is.
