Is anyone else having problems getting commissions from Host4Profit?

I really hesitate to post this here, but I've exhausted every other avenue I can think of.

First I'd like to say that up until the last few weeks, I've always received tremendous support from the Host4Profit team, I still have a website hosted with them myself plus about 7 client sites, and I've never had a complaint about them in 8 years of hosting with them.

I'm an international reseller so Host4Profit have to send me a dollar cheque. I set a minimum of I think $350 and should have received a commission cheque in February. When that didn't happen, I sent an email on 9 March; when I got no reply and I followed up with another email and a hosting support ticket on 21 March.

David Hasbrouck replied to that on 22 March saying that they run commissions around 20th of the month (in the past it has been on the 15th, but ok) and "we will be running them in the next few days".

When nothing appeared my account, I replied to David's email on 31 March and again on 9 April. Neither of these has received a response and no cheque notification appears on my reseller account.

The amount owed to me is now well over $500 and I would like to receive it.

So I have two questions: is everyone else receiving their commissions ok? Maybe the issue is only with international resellers. And secondly, what else can I do to get a response from them if emails and support tickets (on this subject only) are ignored?
