Excel Sheet to Keep Track of Articles?

INTERNET MARKETING

Just wondering if anyone has an excel sheet or database that they use to keep track of their articles? I'm up to 5 authors now and keeping track of everything is getting really overwhelming. If someone has one, I'd love to check it out. If not - I'm in the process of trying to put one together and if I get mine done before a response with one is posted I'll post it here for others to use.

I have never used Excel even though I have written over 1,000 articles by now. If you use EZA then they keep all your author names and articles in one location.

I use a Google docs spreadsheet. Rows for article title, columns for site submitted, date, date accepted, login and password, and link to article. Its helpful.
