eBay Partner Network

The search function is down, and I desperately need to get an answer to these questions:

1) I was rejected for the eBay Partnership Network for my website, WeddingPlanningSite.org Is there another way I can reapply? Buy an account? Should I sign up with HubPages or Squidoo and try to get membership that way?

    - Using duplicate content, probably PLR articles.

    - Tons of advertising.

    - Overused IM / affiliate template.

    - Appears this cookie cutter advertising site was quickly put up and offers nothing unique or valuable to anyone. Yep, domain registered just 3 days ago.

    Fix all those problems then try again.

    LOl....Yea you can't really do that these days...with the big shots like ebay, amazon, etc
