Anyone know of free keyword density tool?

Hi,

im looking for a free keyword density tool where you just copy and paste the text of a website and put it in. Not the actual website url, but copy and pasting the text into a box and the tool just tells you what keywords and keyword phrases were used the most out of that text. If anyone knows a tool like this I would be thankful for the help

Hi,

I believe that keyword density is not relevant as it might have been a couple years ago.
Putting main keyword in domain name, headline, and at bottom of page gets my site indexed and ranked nicely.

but if you want a keyword density this tool is ok.

I just loaded up firefox with SEOpen 1.1
Keyword density is only one of the many metrics.

hmm...so keyword density is dead now huh? LOL

By the way checked all the tools you guys suggested and they work like a charm Let me give all of you some thanks!!! So why do some ezine articles rank so high for terms when they have no backlinks then? I dont get it sometimes

  Ahh.... if only ranking was so easy! (no wait, if it were, my clients would stop paying me the big bucks!!! :- )
  
  All kidding aside, here is a short list of things to do/check when ranking an article (by no means is this complete)...
  
  [1] Check traffic stats and "exact match" competition... the lower the competition, the easier to rank. This is normally why an article with little/no backlinks ranks well.
  
  [2] Use primary keyword phrase at beginning of article title
  
  [3] Use it (primary keyword phrase) again in body of article (I normally suggest one inclusion in the opening paragraph and one in the ending paragraph).
  
  [4] If your article is long (over 750 words) you may want to include it another time or two.
  
  [5] If you've got the time you should throw a link to the article and/or do some social bookmarking.
  
  [6] Rinse and Repeat!

If you have FireFox. Use Fox SEO tool, SeoQuake. and SEOpen, instant switchblades on your mouse. Three Swiss army knives to cut through any person's BS about their site or article.
