Advice on Building Subscribers List Faster and Smarter?

Hi Warriors,

Just want to ask any advice on how I can build my subscribers list faster and smarter? I've been writing and submitting 2-3 articles per day, participating in forums, blog commenting, posting some guest blogs every single day. There are also some strategies that I've been doing manually. Those strategies that i've mentioned, I'm getting results but it's kinda slow and time consuming.

Are there any strategies you can share to build my subscribers list faster and smarter? perhaps, more automated than doing it manually?

A good plan is to start doing Adswaps with other people with smaller lists.

There are lots of people looking for Adswaps (myself included) with quality offers for our lists in the IM niche. You can find them here on the Warrior Forum, but also at live IM events. The reason these are so good is that you get subscribers who are already interested in your niche. You do a mailout for their list and they do one for you. Simple.

Also, if you have a product, you can join JV Giveaway events. The best thing to do with these is to join, then pay to be upgraded so that your product is on the front page of the event.

The best events (in my opinion) are run by Reed Floren, but you can find loads of others on JVMe.com.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks! adswaps are really great to gain more subscribers. I'm looking forward to do that probably in 1-2 months from now, just need to add more subscribers before I deal with adswaps.

    have you tried adwords?

It's fast and it works... but yes, you have to pay...

and I know you're thinking "Huh? Why pay when you can get leads for free?"

Well, do your calculations... if paying $1 makes you $2, why wouldn't you want to pay as many $1's as you can?

Video marketing works like article marketing. Sometimes better, depending on the niche. Also, don't put the cart before the horse. Work first on squeezing the highest conversion rate possible from your opt-in page. Then worry about traffic. Too often we get that backwards.

Most people would disagree due to the potential risk of loosing money, but paying for traffic is the way to go.

You want to get an initial subscriber base right away so you can leverage your list right away. Too often people spend forever trying to get their list going and give up due to lack of results.

If you build your list slowly you'll never get anywhere because your subscribers become less responsive (or unsubscribe) over time. Plus you probably won't put as much effort into sending them an email when there is low response.

-As far as where to go to pay for traffic it depends on your niche, I would find someone with a list in your niche and ask to pay them for a mailing.
