    You should be able to replicate something similar with a theme like "Builder" through iThemes. Probably a few other ones too.

    It's just a simple 2-column layout.

    There are probably 1000+ themes out there that could be mildly modified to look almost identical to that. Looks to me like a basic right sidebar theme with a custom header. Most of the social aspects (twitter, RSS, etc.) and the ads can all be done with a few sidebar widgets. I'd look for a black theme with a right sidebar, add your own custom header and a few sidebar widgets, and be done with it

    It was more of a tip of the hat to the need for information architecture...

    ...I've been paid to do websites for businesses in the past, people tend to get stuck on the look of a page rather then how to effectively communicate an idea, which in this case (I assume) a sales proposition.
