RSS Submission

What software or website do you recommend to submit RSS feeds?

I know this was previously discussed but I couldn't find in the seach.

    I'm getting ready to launch a new site, and rss is going to play a key role in my seo efforts.

    I've seen several programs for this (senuke, badass rss, brute force seo), but at this point I just spent some time compiling a list of sites with decent PR to submit my feed to (no pr0's), and set up accounts with those that require it.

    I spent an afternoon on it, and have just under 27 on my list. I really wasn't very concerned with 'hundreds of web2.0 sites', as most of those sites seem to be of little value - and even less PR. At this point, I'm only looking at quality (since I'm doing this the hard way).
    So for now, I'll just submit by hand Now, I might be singing another tune after I ACTUALLY start submitting!!
