Pinging multiple pages of a site, is it spamming ?

Hi,

I have a > 100 page site i want to ping and socially bookmark. I dont want to limit myself to just the top url, but all the pages of the site. Is it considered spam by the search engine bots, if you ping or bookmark all the pages in one go...should it be done over a period of days instead to look more natural ?

    Bookmark the pages slowly and mix in some random sites as well or else you will stick out as a self promoter, also do not ping any of your bookmarks as the search engines will definitely know you are self promoting , normal web users do not ping their bookmarks. Let the search engine spiders find the bookmaks on their own this way your linkbuilding will look more natural.

      It won't be a good idea to ping or bookmark everything at once. More over in one account you should not keep 100 bookmarks pointing to your website. If you do so, your accunt may get deleted.

    yes it's spamming and depending where you spam you can get your account deleted.

    it can be done, like the last poster gave an example, but to answer you question in most cases bookmarking greater than 100 pages from your own sites is spam.
