The simplest method that I use:

Assuming that you know some html....

Build a webpage that does answers the following.


1) Who are You?
2) What do you have?
3) How will it Help?
4) How can they get it?

Example: Chiropractic Captivation Method

Drive traffic to the page (via google adwords, facebook ads, warrior forum....lol) and see what happens.

In the above example... all that was used
1) Short Video (shot on a cheap webcam) that answered all 4 questions above.
2) Headline that answered question #2 above
3) Optin Form (aweber.com)

People are simply over complicating it... The traditional way who are you, what you are will help you convert at 20-25%.

You have to think outside the box to come up with higher CTR...

First of all... a squeeze page has to be good looking. No distractions, links... Its better if you put links in your footer.

Your title - This has to get their attention... It's incredibly important that you do get their attention without which you won't have much success...

Getting their attention - You can't get their attention by appealing to their intellect. You appeal to their interest. Actually this isn't the beginning...

Your title has to be comprised of two simple variables:
1. Power words
2. Appeal to their interest

Power words are everywhere... These words add strength to any message


Appealing to their interest is the part of the title... So a normal guy for his weight loss squeezze, he'd use a headline that looks like:

How To Cheat Your Body Thin!

But here's what you do...
Here's An Electrifying Trick Which Will Turbocharge Your Body's Metabolism and Have You Burn Fat Like Crazy!

Inside you'll discover:

Now your bullets... Your bullets have to be convincing and will have to trigger curiousity. Triggering curiousity is the best way to hook and bait them...

If you know how to make them feel incredibly curious, you've won them all the way. That's the secret to getting prospects.

So your bullets will have to go like:

- A (power word) trick which will instantaneously quadraple your fat burning and make you lose so and so pounds in so and so days
- A simple thing you can do to lose ten pounds in another ten days(This has never been revealed before)
Blah blah blah...

That's it... No complications. I've sent you a PM for an example... Don't copy it. It's just one of the squeeze pages that do well for me.

And I'm not a list building expert... I'm good with squeeze page conversions... Not yet with email marketing or list building.
