Powerpoint to video with TTS ?

Damn yesterday I saw an application that does this - now all I can find are dozens that only do video.

I want to load the PPT and have it spit out a video with text to speech of the text also.

OK who can tell me ?

    Can u be more clear with ur question? I do a lot of ppt to video stuff with both tts and real voice overs.

    I want the software to out put a video that also contains TTS of the text in the PPT

    So I don't have to manually add the narration to the video.
