I find it difficult or impossible to generate any front end sales from viral list builders, manual traffic exchanges and anything else where you have to click to earn credits that you can turn around and use to post your own ads/get traffic to your own site. These services can be a complete waste of time for anyone not using them to generate leads or build their own lists. Why try and fail to sell someone something once when you can get them on your list and sell them things over and over again? Most people only stay on your website for as long as they have to (until the timer runs out) and then they move on to someone else’s site so you only have a short amount of time to make an impression.
