Where do I get started if I want to make 100 000$ this year from Internet Marketing?

I am new to Internet Marketing. I know the basics, but I still havent built a website or made a dollar yet.

Any advice for an aspiring internet marketing entrepreneur?

    Without sounding flippant... how about you focus on making your first dollar? Then repeat the process.

    LOL, I agree with Sal. We want a sustainable business not a "get rich quick" scheme right? ;-)

    Read Dennis Becker's "5 Bucks a Day" ebook is a good start.

      Yeah, it's interesting how many nob's pull a $100K figure out of their u-know-whats. And I don't mean to sound disrespectful.

      Maybe that just get brainwashed by someone and have false expectations planted in their heads? I know I did when I started out.

      My plan with the benefit of hindsight?

      Identify your strengths

      Find a real profit model which suits your strengths

      Commit real time to implement

      Stick with it and don't jump from op to op

      Build a long term sustainable business

        It is extremely unlikely that you will go from no website to $100,000 in the less than 4 months left to the year. It is possible yet still not likely that you could do that next year but you'll need to be a quick study to learn all that you need to learn.

          I think the OP meant in 1 year... not in 4 months. lol

          One trait I forgot to mention is to split your activities into 3 areas: traffic, product, marketing.

          Then spend equal time on all 3 on a regular basis.

          Momentum is a huge force in IM.

          The problem with setting a target so big is that if you fall short, or the results come slower than expected, it really messes with your mind... in a negative way.

          I wouldn't count on making $100,000 this year. If you are new to IM then it would be almost impossible to do this.

          Product creation would be one of the fastest ways to get to $100,000, but if you don't have the basics down, you aren't going to be able to do this!

          I usually recommend that newbies learn all the basics through affiliate marketing first. Once you have your foundation down and make a few sales, then you can move on to more lucrative ventures!

    Yes, you must focus on the first dollar, then the tenth, the hundredth, the thousandth, and then you can look forward to the hundred thousandth...

    You must start a day at a time, and build the momentum into your business that will carry you to where you want to go...

    Start by creating your own product, paying someone to create a product for you, or selling other people's stuff...

    One of these three roads will get you to where you want to go...

    It's good to have high goals, but you need to just start on a path and start making some money. I don't know you or your capabilities so I wont tell you that you are dreaming to big...I don't really believe one can dream to big.

    It is not likely that you will make 100k as an affiliate, unless you have some connects or money to buy massive traffic and you build a huge list fast.

    If I had to start over. I would say start building your list right now.

    You need to start with a squeeze page, or a blog that is capturing emails. Learn to drive traffic and you will be balling in no time
