I have tried so many different ways of making money online.

- Affiliating
- Selling e-books

None of them seemed to have made me a cent.

Can anyone guide me on how internet marketers can make more than 30k a month or less?

I use that site mainly for affiliating and building a list. I do got around the internet and check out some products and if I like them I post them there for people to have a look at. It doesn't necessarily mean I know everything about internet marketing. Just the small basics.

I find some interesting reads I put them on there for other people to read.

So what exactly have you been doing to try to make money? You mentioned affiliate marketing and you mentioned ebooks. Are the ebooks your own product that you created? Another question how have you tried to market these products. You are leaving a lot out for anyone to help you.

      I have done...

      - Blogging (twice)
      - Affiliate Marketing (still doing it)
      - Made my own product (2 e-books, dropshipping and a dating guide for guys)
      - I have tried a system called mammoth list but it's not doing too well at the moment.

I marketed the dating guide via Google Adwords but all I got was clicks and no sales, so I took the website down because I was spending more money than what I was gaining. Moved on to the dropshipping one. Did not go too well on that either.

Just need a good system that works. Had a look at clickbank products but after reading the reviews on the top 3 products there in the category E-Commerce/E-Marketing, I was put of by buying any of them.

There lies the problem. You seem to have done almost everything when, actually, you should focus on one and get the best out of it. You know what they say about the rolling stone...

You did not say how you tried to get traffic - what exactly you did. If you are up to it, I suggest article marketing. If you can't write, or don't have the time, outsource.

Lastly, whatever it is that you decide to do, stick to it. Action and persistence, they say, is the key to the castle.

Thanks everyone. I will definitely stick to one thing from now on. I am still quite new to internet marketing but I am exploring. I am going to focus on a new product launch I am doing and stick to that from now on.

List building then sales is the way to go.
Narrow your focus, you seem to be all over the place. The "Big Box" store approach doesn't work well in online marketing.
You need to work on your copy. Nothing compelling or eye-catching found on your site. No call to action.
Clean up that site, too much clutter, your eyes don't know where to go so they click away.
That's why most stick with a 2-column blog. Easy on the eyes, focus attention to where you want the viewer to go. What is the objective of your site?

How long have you had your blog(s)? I say this, because usually it takes some time to establish your blog and get some loyal readers and steady stream of traffic. Not that I am an expert on blogging or anything like that, but, most successful blogs have been around for a while and have put a lot of time and efforts into it.

From what I have learned on this forum, they say its best to not jump around. Stick with one method until you succeed (or at least give it enough time).

Seems like you have been trying different things and I can understand it. Its frustrating when you dont make any money despite doing everything that was suggested. But, try to focus your efforts on one method for a while instead of 2,3,4... method. A lot of time we give up right when all our efforts is about to payout.

Anyhow, I wish you good luck, and I am sure warriors will help and put you in the right direction.

Scrap the site. Start it over, but more focused.

Send everyone to a landing page first, with one good freebie offer, then off to your focused, single purpose site with damn good sales content to back up a product that's actually selling (somewhere).

Articles, video, blogging, forums, comments, directories - all still work great if used together with good keywords and original content.

Success online boils down to how well you execute in just three areas:

      Content
      Conversion
      Traffic

      1. Content. You've already taken the plunge and created or sourced your own products. Congrats. Not many ever get to this point. Stick with this model. Choose your niches wisely. Only enter markets where others are successfully selling. Then study their processes and do it better: add more value, more relevant upsells, and a deeper backend.

      2. Conversion. Start learning how to write your own copy. It's one of the most lucrative time investments you can ever make. Once you know how to write copy that sells, the world is your oyster. Check out Jason Fladlien's stuff on copy. His approach is simple and non-intimidating. Plus it works.

      3. Traffic. Pick just one traffic generation strategy and go deep. Learn everything you can about that one method until you're really good at it. Focus on either PPC, SEO, PPV, FB Ads, JVs or Media Buying. That's where 90% of the traffic online comes from.

The reason why most people don't make money online is because:

    a) they try everything without really giving anything a chance to actually work
    b) they don't get enough traffic
    c) they get enough traffic but they don't know how to convert that traffic into sales

Does this sound like you? From what I can tell at least the first one applies. How long are you giving the methods you try a chance to actually work? If you continually go from one thing to the next you just aren't going to make it online.

Pick something and stick with it for at least a year before you even start to complain about not making money from it. Just about every method of making money online works - you just have to give it a chance and you have to put everything into it.

Traffic is so important but most people spend most of their time on making their site look pretty and adding content to it, networking, reading emails and RSS feeds. They forget that the only way they are going to make sales is by getting traffic. Spend at least 50% of your time on backlinks/traffic...and more if you can.

You can do this. Thousands of us are making a good living online and you can do it to but you really have to focus on one thing and do it really well.

I always believe in the List building business model ever since my experience with my first mentor on a one on one coaching on 25th October 2008, 2 years ago.

Even he helped me creating the marketing system, I still struggled for 2 years making money in internet marketing.

The reason is not driving enough traffic.

So I began to look for another mentor and this year 2010, I found a mentor and joined his mentoring program on the 25th June 2010.

He helped me with the squeeze page, product creation and copywriting process and I managed to get it up and running on the 29th Aug 2010.

For the past 4 weeks, I have been making $676.93 selling my own products.

    Here's the Clickbank Screenshot:

My 2nd taught me list building + Product Creation = profits

I am grateful to him and this is what works for me.

    Hope it helps,

A lot of this information is very helpful but many people still battle to make money online because of the way that they approach the business and how they link the internet to solid business practices and principles, it might be worth your while to go and have a look at a free marketing course which I am finding pretty incredible at doubleyourincomebyworkingless. I have found it to be a major eye opener and am still learning all the time.

    Hope this helps a bit.

    Hi,

Make your own commercial blogs to get higher PRs so that you can advertise in it .OR if it gains more popularity you can even sell it.
