I've been extremely pleased with fellow Warrior Allen Graves's Promote My Articles. Not only do my articles get approved quickly, the CTR rates DESTROY any other directory I have used. It puts EZA, Go Articles, etc. to shame really.

No ads showing where my articles are at. I love it.

Offering content syndication service to Offline Clients. Due to delay in approvals, Not able to keep impatient clients happy.

Would like NOT to work for such clients in the long run, However, its not a time to do so.

VERY TRUE!!!! People dont even wait to get the articles approved. Every directory has its own approval time.All clients should understand this if they want Article submission service, then they HAVE TO wait!!!

Article-Exchange.com approves automatically and distributes your article to 198 directories. The downside is that none of them have PR. But if that's not your objective...

Fast approval is definately an important factor in an article directory, time is money. you dont want your article pending for a whole year, thats not good for business

Amfire, sorry to hear you have one of 'those' clients...I also provide content syndication services to offline clients...just a quick tip, toss the icky clients asap...they are sooooo not worth it!

#4 bukisa.com and #5 is helium.com - Both are not an article directories as we think about it... They are a marketplace, where author's do not get backlinks to their websites, and where they are offering their content to others to buy...

#24 is submityourarticle.com - it is an article distribution service, not an article directory per se...

#26 is web-source.net - it is a newsletter, not an article directory...

#31 is site-reference.com - it is not an article directory either, although they do post about 8-10 articles per week, from the submissions they receive...

#37 is thewhir.com - it is not an article directory either... Instead, they publish an average of one article per day to their website...

#50 is 365articles.com - they have not accepted articles in some time... They are currently down, as they have been for a while...

I haven't checked the whole list, nor do I feel a need to do so... However, knowing that at least 6 of these sites where never article directories to begin with, the author should have called it The Top 44 Article Directories, or at least verified that he was giving out good information prior to publication...

I like articlerich...they usually approve within 24 hours but I have to say that how long it takes for articles to be approved usually isn't a criteria of mine. I actually like to mix it up a bit and I like the fact that some directories might take a week to a month to approve articles...it works almost like a drip feed without me having to schedule anything.

Have you ever tried using a service like SpinDistribute? One article is sent all over the net in unique versions meaning that your unique article is being approved on a daily basis by numerous directories and blogs...can't live without it

Fast article approval is good but also consider the quality of backlink from the sites you are posting your articles. Some of the questions which are helpful in defining good backlink source are as below.

Is it Dofollow link?
What is the PR of that site/page?
How much link juice you will get from this?

Always consider all these before doing link building.

just as a suggestion i use articlemarketingrobot it is a one time fee but is the best article spinning/submission tool that i've used. submits to thousands of article directories instantly, some get approved on the spot, others after a few days.

check it out its saved me a hell load of time.

48 hours???

Try Squidoo or Hubpages.

Usually for article directories it takes 3 days perhaps if they are quick. The fastest in my experience has been ArticleBase...
