Hi Folks,
This might seem a bit basic, but I have to start somewhere.:confused:
Using Pages on Mac, how do I format the reports etc so they can be read by everyone.
As a little reward if anyone want's a soft Scottish voice for their project drop me a line.

    Also, if you want a program that's well-recommended and runs very smoothly on Macs, Open Office is free to download and works like a charm. It can save files as .doc, .pdf, and more.

    The standard Print dialog on every Mac has a button at the lower-left corner that says (PDF v) with a down-arrow.

    Simply hit the <command>-P key combination and the Print dialog should appear for virtually any app.

    When it does, click that (PDF v) button and a "Save as PDF..." item appears at the top of the list. Click it and a Finder pane appears that lets you say where to save it.

    No special office apps are needed!
