Urgent - Please Help!

Can someone please take a look at christianadscenter.com and help me figure out why I have the html code under the Twitter banner and how to correct it? I need to correct this real quick. All I did was copy the code and nothing else.

    By the looks of the way you have it setup, you have HTML outside of the actual <html> tag.
    That could be throwing something off.
