Hey warriors,

Personally I love using Odesk.com and easyoutsource.com for finding workers.

Any other highly recommended sites out there?

    I've used elance.com and scriptlance.com too.

I haven't used elance for a while. It was quite pricey last time I was there.

      Is that still the case?

I went back and forth between odesk and easy outsource, but decided to use odesk because the ratings and payment method gave me more security.

You could take a look at easy outsource though to decide for yourself.

I use odesk. It is a great site to find workers. Elance is another big option but more pricey i think.

If you have a budget that allows you to spend $300ish per month, get your very own full time employee in the Philippines. Teach him / her what you need done, and expand from there. Build a team. Lots of benefits of doing this. I used to use elance, but now I'm totally in the camp of building a team. Plus, if I need a special task done I can ask one of my workers for freelancer recommendations, or I can always go to elance / odesk to hire out the odd job that my team can't do (i.e. I don't have a graphics guy yet on my team, but I do have a great freelancer I can hire when needed)

That's exactly what I'm doing also. Where did you find yours?
