Need help with Google.

I changed the site description and title for a my site. The new updated info is reflected correctly in Bing and Yahoo, but not in Google. The old info comes up which won't make any sense to the searcher. How can I get Google to reflect the new correct information?

Thanks for your help.

You need to wait for them to spider you.

It depends on how frequently you update your site. If it hasn't been updated since a long time ago and you only changed the Title and description then might take long to reflect on Google.

      Try these:

      1) Ping the site.

      2) Clear your browsers cache may be your browser fetching cached Google search page.

      3) Open Google on browser, search your site by your top keyword or whatever method you mostly use to see your site on Google, once that search page comes in which your site appearing then hold Ctrl key and press F5 key so you get the refreshed page directly from server not your browser's cache. I am telling this because it happens to me mostly.

Is there any way to "invite" them or speed up the process?

I'm trying to update it at least every other day. That is kinda what worries me is that I do all of this work get good placement and the result confuses the searcher.

Will try the ping method. Is there a frequency I should do it. Like every day or every other day?
