Buddies,

Is buying traffic and guiding it to my adsense content website useful

Is it legal?

Appreciate some useful advice how to gain the most from adsense.

Regards

it will be one of the fastest ways to get your adsense account cancelled.

Google don't like artibridge (spelling?) to their ads and will cancel accounts if they detect it.

If you want to get the most from adsense, look around the forums for threads on targeting niches, and how to get your sites ranked in the organic ranks, this is always a good start.

      Thanks bro,

What i meant is guiding traffic to my site which contains adsense & not driving traffic to the adsense ads separetly.

Wouldnt it be the same process as a window pop up?

I figured that is what you were talking about =), the only way to get your account banned faster is to get people to click on the links

Google tries to protect it's advertisers as much as possible, so keep that in mind when you are trying to come up with traffic idea's.

Buying traffic is not a good idea. This may cancel your adsence account. You can promote your website through SMO activities to increase traffic.

It really depends on how you buy the traffic. If you promise people a wonderful prize for visiting your site, then it may be ok. There is a rule on AdSense that you are not allowed to fabricate clicks.

Buying backlinks to your website is definitely a no-no

Buying traffic is just fine; I don't know why people are saying paid traffic to an AdSense site is against their TOS. I personally don't think it's the smartest thing because chances are you won't make your money back if AdSense is your only monetization method.

If it's incentivized traffic, then you may have a problem. Never ever tell people to click your ads. Basically, avoid mentioning them in your content all together. Just pretend they don't exist would be the best way to play it safe.

I think you can buy traffic through proper methods like Banner ads and text ads on websites or through ppc network (make sure your page doesn't looks like made for adsense).

And also make sure you don't buy traffic from traffic exchanges or something similar to it as Google hates accounts that gets traffic from such sources.

I would recommend against. Not all traffic is good traffic some will send all at once WHICH IS NOT GOOD some will break it up and there still is no guarantee that they will clcik your ads. My advice create a link wheel and or outsource it. Have them comment on blogs relevant to yours with a link back to it and then also setup a squiddo lens and hubpage try to get it all automated then tweet about it create a twitter account that is similar to site and try to gain followers that are interested in that same niche and tweet about it like in 3rd person as if it wasnt yours
