I need a programmer on my side?

Hello everyone.

I am looking to employ a programmer on an ongoing basis to help with my new site.

Initially will be needed to do a OTO and change code in the index.php files, add banners to templates etc whilst I have the site updated before launch.

after that I will need occasional help with whatever issues come up.

the script is TCNTE.

I want someone that is known to be good at what they do and wont charge me an arm and a leg to do it! (just an arm is ok....lolz)

First jobs need doing nowish and I want someone that I can work with and doesnt mind guiding a newbie!

anyone?
who could you suggest?
feel free to pm me.

thanks - Kym

You might have scared them off when you said you'd only pay with an arm. Decent programmers here in the US are $50-$100 per hour. Doesn't take long to run up a pretty substantial bill.

Hi Kym, I think you need more of a webmaster rather than a programmer. I would suggest that you post a job at rentacoder or getafreelancer. You will get bids pretty quickly. Choose someone that has decent reviews, at least 10, and give them a small task. If you like the result and they are good to communicate with then you can consider using them for your future work.

    All the best
