SEO and Landing Pages?

INTERNET MARKETING

So I have been doing some looking around and was about to have a designer do a site for me but I was wondering some questions. How does a landing page that is not a blog with posts get ranked higher in google? I will be backlinking to this site and it will be for a cpa offer. just kinda lost how to do SEO on something that I dont post articles on? like most pages look like just a e-mail submit and a few pictures?

Same way a regular site does Google indexes them the same way. Optimize it with the keywords you are going after and build a ton of backlinks to it, related backlinks if possible.

so it doesn't matter how much content is on the site as long as it is tailored to my specific keyword?
