Organizing projects, notes, todo etc...

I'm having problems finding my desk and walls because of post-it notes and scraps of paper hanging all over the place.

Anyone find a successful way to keep business projects, notes and todos well organized?

I'm thinking of using a wiki to handle the above tasks. Any comments or suggestions on how to climb out from under all these post-it notes and piles of paper will be appreciated.

I suggest two things. First use Google's calendar for scheduling and reminding. It's free and sincs with Iphone if you have one. It's great because you can have it send a reminder via text to any phone to say "you've got an appointment with ___ at 3pm". And you can set it to go off more than once and schedule it to repeat monthly or yearly, etc.

The second tool is for your desktop to look 100% cleaner and be more organized. It's called stardock.com It's free and gives you the same effect with your icons as the new mac does. (Hidden until you mouseover them).

Just a tip (important!) Move your icons onto your main drive (probably C) and thennnn drag them to your new icon tray. That way you won't lose what's in them if you delete the original after creating the new icon!

    Cheers!

    Hi All,

I have found and used several Project management and Time management tools that have worked well for myself and other heavily overwhelmed clients at ozgrid.com

They have a great selection of variables so you might find something there.
Sorry I haven't been her long enough to post a full link yet. YET!
