Affordable Membership Scripts?

I was looking a Kajabi ... then I said NO! The price is to high for me. Does anyone know anything similar that I can purchase one off rather than paying monthly fees?

I want to run a free course and release weekly videos or contextual content.

What other options do I have?

    It could be done with IM Launch Script using an autoresponder to drip feed content. Otherwise there is a good WP membership plugin.

      I believe OptimizePress does memberships - cost is $97. If you don't already own Ultimate Footer Ad, that product is being offered as an affiliate bonus. I already own JVPress but this offer is pretty tempting.

    Have you looked at WishlistMember plugin for wordpress? It's a decent solution. Agree with Kajabi being relative expensive solution and had monthly fee component to it.

    Funny though, we don't want to pay monthly fees but would love members in our memberships sites paying us $$. :-)

    Go and check out OptimizePress - I use it and it's great. Does all the launch funnels, squeeze pages, sales pages, membership, etc. and it's just a one-off fee.
