Anybody Know of a Good Help Desk Script?
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a help desk script (preferably free) ... but anything as long as it doesn't cost an arm and a leg..
Here's the kind of features I'm looking for:
1. Ability for people to send support request to an email address. (Basically, I've been using an email address so far (and it's been a mess!) but anything that could integrate with the current system would be amazing)
2. Some sort of a knowledge base or FAQ system
3. Ability for atleast 2 people to manage the desk...I'd like to be able to login and make sure everything's being answered by the person who's taking care of this etc.
4. Ability to have some standard responses. (Basically, we get the same type of support requests/emails and it'd save a ton of time to select the standard template, change few things and hit send).. This feature isn't a must but would be a sweet addition.
Anybody know of a system that can handle this?
