Considering outsourcing

I hope this is the right forum, I am looking to provide a service. I am however not sure how to work out the amount to charge.
The service is creating "Ultra Spin-Able Articles / Reviews" Everything would be written by hand without the use of any rewriting tools. This service could produce 100+ articles/reviews that are completely unique.
The time for each article would naturally take a great deal of time, this is where I'm finding it hard to work out a cost.
Any ideas
