How to write articles quickly?

Hi there,

It's been a while since I've written articles so I'm a bit out of touch. Does anyone know of any good places (free) that I can freshen up on how to write good articles and how to write them quickly?

      I'd pop into ezinearticles and take a look at what's new from the 'expert authors'. EZA has higher standards than some other sites, though some crap does get through.

      I say NEW not POPULAR because sometimes views get purchased.

      EZA also offers writing courses for free if you sign up for an account. they send me stuff all the time. I forget if you have to be an 'expert author' to get those, or if they send to everybody, but its good stuff anyway.

        They send the writing info to anyone that has an account with them. They have some useful information. Writing articles quickly depends on your capabilities just as much as whatever technique you select to use.

    The only thing you need is to take a speed typing class to type with all your fingers at the same time.

    I've done this a couple of years ago, and it changed everything for me.

    The only thing that I would add is not to sacrifice quality for speed.

    1 good article that tops google is worth more than 50 poor articles churned out at a breakneck pace.

    I'm hoping of course you will completely ignore post # 6. He seems to think stealing online is o.k. He is right about a good microphone and actually using Dragon Speak.

    I don't know about you, but I can speak a lot faster than I can type. And version 11 of Dragon Speak is doing well for me.

    I normally do my research find 3 high points of the research, make a brief outline to help me organize my thoughts, then fire up Dragon Speak and I'm off to the races.

    I tend to Google articles in my interests range then have a read over them for inspiration, reading 1 or 2 usually gets my writing juices flowing! Best of luck!

    Speed comes down to planning, proper research, and an outline.

    If you are at least a decent typist with a good WPM (words-per-minute) number then I think you'll be fine.

    Just get out there, start writing, and use a stopwatch to clock your "writing" time (not the research, etc) and then try to shave off 30 seconds your next one. Keep repeating that and doing the steps above and you'll be fine on speed before long.

    Cheers for the help guys. I'm a pretty quick writer and can normally talk a lot, so it's just a case of getting it down on paper.

    I like a lot of the ideas such as doing an outline and reading over some other topics. The content doesn't have to be that good, I just want to turn all my 1 page websites into 5 page websites to keep them "safer" from Google.

    Anymore tips much appreciated!

    Just write more to be honest. I actually time my articles and write them down in a text document. I can say that the more I've written, the faster I've become.

    Copyblogger is a great source for getting advice on writing articles. It has a newsletter you can subscribe to, an SEO resource and provide information about Wordpress, among other things. Just go to copyblogger and type in a back-slash and type: "write-article-fast."
