2 quick questions

Hi guys,

My site is kinda young (healthy aging) a month old, keeping that in mind. Can anyone help me out with the following 2 questions?

1. What is the best time of the day, (if there is any) to post a new article? Is there anyway to know what time readers use my site the most? So that I post accordingly... or does it not matter?

2. Should I wait till I get 50 subscribers to start a forum (through the site} or should I just start now to get the traffic for the 50 or so subscriptions? Basically what comes first the traffic or the forum?

    i can tell about the first point ,i have seen statistics about this same topic ,and there is a high number of people who find it very effective and working to post during the 2nd part of the day , and the 1st half of the week !

    I update my blog with new post every week at that exact same time, I do this for google so their robots can get used to what time I add fresh content and will visit my blog.

    Now about your forum ? If you ask me I would wait till I got more subscribers, in meantime I would focus on other parts of my business.

      I don''t know the answer to either of your questions but I think it's a really nice, and good, and promising site, and you've done really well with it!

      I strongly suggest, if I may, that you make the font size bigger (and/or perhaps use a different typeface). I'm 21, have a pretty big screen and perfect eyesight, and even I struggled a little to read some of the pages, and I think it might possibly be a problem for "aging" readers? Just a suggestion. But well done and good luck!

      This site is useful for seeing how your site looks to people using different browsers from your own.

        First off I want to say that your website looks great. Very professional. I noticed though that you didn't set any META TAGS, or a META DESCRIPTION. These 2 things will help google crawl and index your site faster and more accurately.

          Thanks everyone! All the advice has been really helpful. I tweaked everything (even the font size) as advised.

          This was what made a HUGE difference. The day I added original meta descriptions and tags, the site started getting recognition from G for my top keyword. Thanks Justin.

            You need to increase the font size a little.

            Small things can make a big difference on a website.

            Your target audience will have a hard time reading it.

            Nicely laid out though.
