How do you set up the "Wait Before you go" pop-up?

Not that I really LOVE that pop-up, but maybe I am just missing something on setting up my products. If I start with a paid product, but I want to offer my FREE offer after they exit, how do I get that "pop-up" to display - is that something in AWeber I am missing.

To clarify, it is the one that almost every site has - where you have to hit cancel to stay on the page.

Just curious if I want to use it.

Or is there a BETTER option?

Thanks!

It is not good add pop up on sites. I think pop up should remain closed everytime. Because it really give bad experience when it open.

I use Exit Splash for nearly a year (exitsplash.com, even with WordPress blog sites) and I'm satisfied. If you only have WordPress site(s) then rush for WP Lapdance (wplapdance.com). It's $7 WP plugin which will trigger exit windows e.g. popup really only when user tries to leave your site. So no popups on every page or including code in your templates etc. I cannot post links yet.
