INTERNET MARKETING

I am looking for a simple free ecommerce template that is very functional and easy to customize. I have never set up an ecom site before, but I have a few ideas that I want to explore.

I want to have around 100 different products. Having an online shopping cart isn't absolutely necessary as the transactions can be completed over the phone or via email. But a good shopping cart would help.

What would you recommend?

Get a hosting account with the Fantastico feature -
like Hostgator - you can install ZenCart with one click
and it's pretty intuitive, though it does a lot and you'll
have to turn off some of the features you don't want or need.

Just to throw another option in, take a look at Prestashop. Very easy to use. I've got one ecommerce store using it that is pretty much using the the default theme, and another couple that have only had basic alterations made to them. Has a shopping cart that easily integrates with Paypal.

I have built a template for ContePass and JVManager - depends if you want to have affiliate capability to track affiliate sales and have downloadable and/or physical products.

Might give Pay Pal a try, they use to have a shoping cart when I used them a few years back.
